What kind of makeup should I use for the black and white television character?

For this Halloween, black and white would be the character television (think Pleasantville). What I am trying to find makeup that is to cover my skin tones, and does not need many changes too. So I'm at a loss for ideas of my hands that I'll probably be at a party and need to drink from time to time. All I could think of latex paint was perhaps the palm of your hand and make-up everywhere.
