some areas of makeup artistry im interested in is stage, theatre, wedding, shows, film etc..
i may not go to school for it becuase someone could be great at makeup better then somebody that actually studied for it, so with pratice i can improve my natural talent. so heres my plan:
pratice pratice pratice!
get a job at a makeup counter
build my own makeup kit
now im ready to do peoples makeup, now what do i do?
where do i start or go?
i could volunteer to do makeup for school plays, family weddings, party etc then give out my business cards and start networking to get known? then when people start to call i then sort out prices?
do you need a license in the uk to do makeup on people?
well your only 15 but do you mean keep practicing now until your good enough and old enough to do it proffesionally,yeah what i would suggest is like volunteer to do for school dramas etc and broaden it and volunteer to do it for whatever occasion like you said, thats a good place to start, volunteer!!! good luck with it, sorry i was no help lol
