Need help with hair and makeup LOS ANGELES !!!!!!!!?

My sister is getting married soon (October 18), and yet we need someone to do hair and makeup. She has short hair. We live on the border of Inglewood and Los Angeles. We have an estimate and ask someone to come home the wedding day hair and makeup, as well as two or three others. All suggestions ???????/
