What is the ideal age to be allowed to wear makeup?

Ok, so I'm 13, and 7, but my mom says I'm too young to wear makeup. For the love of good, see sixth graders in my school to wear tons of makeup! I think 6th grade is the grade, and I'm in 7th, but my mom says I'm not allowed to wear makeup until college! What age do you think is correct?

So I just want to use the form, because the other girls are wearing, and makes you feel ……. a little to the left …..()?! I experienced the same with my mother … Looking back ….
