Where should I live to be a makeup artist?

as in a big city and how can I find work to do I live in Toronto, Vancouver or Hollywood. and then I'll pass Companys to get a job or what?

You can live anywhere, in fact, but the best place is in the city (New York), take a course, or even work at Macy's in the membership section and just make the connections so they can get concerts magazines like etc
