Am I really ugly or really hard to photograph?

So I have this problem is that every time I look in the mirror I think I look good, and I feel very good about myself. Especially when she straightened her hair and applying makeup. However, in the photos that never, EVER, watch how I do it in the mirror. It's really strange. When I see a picture of me, I feel very depressed because my nose is pointed, the hair looks swollen, etc, but I look totally different in the mirror of what to do in pictures. I hope 10x better in the mirror. What causes this? And so when people look at me, do you think you see a version or mirror image of me? Thanks:)
