How I can bite marks (makeup) for a vampire costume?

I'm going as a vampire (the traditional kind, not the kind Twilight) a game in a week or two and I would bite marks on her neck. I am little makeup can go a little pale, perhaps with the foundation, and a smoky eye and red lips. How do you think I should bite marks? I want something a little more interesting points of lipstick or whatever, but I will not pay for toothpaste brands bite or anything. Any ideas? Thanks!
