outbreaks / acne?

I do not like my face. my cheeks are still red and the color of my skin is very uneven. I have also acne. I hate hate hate. it hurts and its red and ugly that nobody knows of a good cleanser that gets rid of it. I called things like the healing nature and seems to work, but hey, when coming to my acne under control I can get more buttons! I wash my face every day I clean my pillow regularly, oil-free makeup and everything. I had little lump in my cheeks all my life. I tried all the products, but does not work! my skin is very shiny and oily, but becomes very dry and flaky when long. I want something affordable It really really works! any suggestions? im willing to try anything.
