Prom Make-Up Ideas: Midnight Blue Dress, Strawberry Blonde Hair, Brown Eyes?
So, my prom at my school just happens to fall on my birthday, which is great.
I’m getting my makeup done by MAC.
I got my dress from David’s Bridal. It’s long and is midnight blue with silver rhinestones at the top around the bust.
My hair is pretty long, just above my bust line, and is a strawberry blondeish- brownish.
I have brown eyes.
Since I have a midnight blue dress and since I purchased silver shoes and a silver clutch, I was thinking I should have natural face makeup, but have dramatic eyes such as: silver eyeshadow, top and bottom thin eyeliner and mascara.
Any other ideas? Maybe for the lip shade or any other ideas you might have on eyeshadows or the amount of eyeliner I should use?

yes i agree! stick to browns and blues.. blue hues one shade the same and one darker and one lighter.. place the lighter hue at the upper part of ur eye, and the darker more at the crease of ur eye and the same or the one closest to the color of ur dress at the inner lidd.. follow it with brown on the outer lid.. try slight blendin for a smoky effect.. i used to be a make up artist..try a peach/nude lip pencil to contour and shape ur lips…so they balance ur face but dont take away from ur eyes!
