eye makeup tips? Photos? Help?

I do really creative things to do with my eye makeup (liner preferably) I have very dark brown eyes. I am very fair and my hair is blonde with brown underneath the top (a la Rogue) if useful videos / images / tutorials would be much appreciated thanks in advance:)
