What if a woman wear makeup years 13?

Well, I'll turn 14 in August and will be a freshman grade. The distribution I use is the eye shadow, eyeliner, mascara, lip gloss, body glitter, sometimes base, concealer and blush at times at times. But sometimes, rarely, usually do not have the foundation under my eyes if you do not sleep well and I slap my eyes. I wonder what the makeup is a good thing for a daughter of 14 years carry.
