What’s a Good Fashion Magazine for a 19 year old?

Does anyone know of any good fashion/makeup magazines for a 19 year old woman? So far I’ve tried Lucky and Seventeen. Lucky only focuses on overpriced junk and I think I’m a bit too old for Seventeen. I want a magazine that gives good tips but doesn’t just talk about expensive stuff. For example I want a magazine that talks about drug store brands and which ones are great. Please don’t suggest Cosmopolitan. I’m sorry but I don’t feel like reading about “positions”. I just want fashion/makeup tips.
