Question adolescents makeup, what to say, if a good knowledge of cosmetics or a teenager too!?

I have thirteen years but almost 14. Most girls my age use some type of makeup, but subtle. The distribution I have is that preform theater, but it's available for my use. I wear eyeliner easy \ mascara daily, but I want to know what to buy. Please note the only places to buy makeup are Shoppers Drug Mart and Claire. I know what the kits / pucks should I buy or single-core or tube and marking. Furthermore, please explain the concept of foundation / cover-up how to apply and also, what brands (as good as my mother hippie). Finally, how "I can remove the bags under my eyes? Thanks!
