As an African woman – American, I work for a makeup store with products catering to white?

I have experience in makeup and seek a position in a cosmetics franchise part makeup like a couple of hours a week. When doing research, I found that the line is mainly for white women and white is not a real customer base of women of color. I still have to keep working this position, or they may be more inclined hiring a white employee that most customers come to shop are the race? Do you feel they are more comfortable hiring a white person to work shop. I've never seen an African American woman in store at all, and when he called me anonymously as a customer interested and asked if they carry cosmetics for more African American or dark skin, she said not only hope and that shes No penalty for their selection is much larger. What challenge is an excellent opportunity for you to help you expand your inventory, so they can attract a broad customer base.
