Crisis Make Up! I need the basics!?

I'm going to an event tonight, more precisely, I'm an original poem on stage or other will. I will wear a skirt for spring and an orange shirt with a thing about long sleeve jacket. But .. I am having serious problems with my makeup! I have a very dry area on the side of my mouth that I did not want to draw attention and covered my best not to look natural. I have to wear a kind of eye makeup for attract attention in my eyes, but I'm very wrong and what to do. I think if you could give me step by step on how to apply eye makeup, including mascara, eyeliner and eye shadow. I have all these things I do not know how to make decent eyeshadow Wikipedia, so if Please help! I have dirty blond hair past her shoulders and eyes hazel, if that helps!

1. Apply eyeliner close to your lashline BROWN not put eyeliner on bottom lashes so much. (I personally think it is more easy to apply before eyeshadow eyeliner, but if you feel comfortable in this swith stage 1 and 2 around) 2. apply eye shadow orange cover their eyes. (a Peachy Orange can be found at any pharmacy and there trying to look for orange pastel colors such as blue or green highlights in a good way to hazel eyes.) 3. Take shadow of eyes and put a tap on the inside corner of both eyes. (This will make your eyes are bigger and if you happen to stay late at night or to repeat something as it is less tiring.) 4. Drag two coats of mascara to top. (A little trick is when you apply the mascara wand sure to move before going back for bouquets.) There is no need to put mascara on bottom lashes, because when you open and close the mascara on bottom lashes. PS Tip your hair fast Make sure when you take a shower to keep the water cold all the time together, then arrange Blowdry your hair soft and shiny as ever. Good luck with your poem! :)
