Can we really say that you make expensive?

I''ve just started wearing makeup in use in the last 6 months and I state watching tutorials on YouTube and never ceases to amaze me is how the makeup is expensive! I hear many brands are MAC, Nars, Urban Decay, Bobbi Brown, Smashbox ….. etc.etc. But I can not is how it is possible to spend much money on makeup?! Can we really say that if you wear makeup on her face $ 200 or $ 30 the value of a cheaper brand? Any idea? lol

No, I do not think anyone can know if the makeup is to look expensive to you.
