What is the best Concealor Foundation, liquid foundation and can be purchased at Wal Mart or something ~?

I am a woman and African American I am dark skinned and beautiful I might add. I begin to experence with makeup to hide blemishes, use L'Oreal true match makeup with spermicide and blendable, which is not what it seems. What is the best makeup in the market for my skin. I have a few flaws, like a Lil darkening under the eyes, and Lil acne marks left. I tried under the gaze concealor is not the best. Help me ….. Thank you ladies for the advice.

It really depends on what type of skin you have. Oily, dry, mixed, sensitive. With this, choose a concealer and foundation base is made specifically for your skin type. I always recommend a Revlon's ColorStay. It works and it is not surprising that expensive for the quality you get. Make sure when you buy your concealer and foundation that are the same color of each point as close as possible to get it. For example, if have the shade "Nude", make sure your spelling is "Light / Medium" In all honesty, it is better to go to a store where there is beauty certificates can help. Good luck!
