Why I look like my photos?

Well, when I prepare the morning, I like the way I do my makeup and hair! But when take photos or make videos that I have always comeout ugly! I take pictures and videos on my phone …… but what I see in the mirror is not what I see in the video that you can not even do my makeup .. Is it because thats how people see me or im just very ugly person ACCUALLY never told me that some people said I'm pretty when I ask because I have low self esteem
