can someone please help me?

i been using the revlon colorstay makeup with softflex
but like 2 hours later after i put it on it gets all oily how can i make it so it dosent get oily and i put on my face with my fingers iam i supose to put it on with something else

You could apply some translucent powder over it, but ti sounds like you just need to correct your oily skin first.
