good vegetarian / just the environmentalists?

What diet should I follow to ensure land security and what ?????? else should I do? I have a bag recycling, organic makeup, or almost all recycled. soooo in the diet?

You know, eating meat is not necessarily anti-planet. Humans are omnivores and our healthy just by eating a wide variety of foods to get vitamins and minerals. Organic meat is produced in a human environment. Kosher meat is also human. Close meat of any kind is also a good way to help the planet. For some reason, in this country we feel we have to do all or nothing. I think life is about balance. And if you eat meat, can fit in well. When I worked in health clinic for women we found that some women with more severe symptoms were vegetarians. So if you decide to become one, if you research products and eat a balanced diet. It is more eating fruits and vegis! But above all, do not eat something like a policy statement. Eating should be happy, healthy, sexy and social. It is a time to celebrate all what the land is for us and celebrate with family and friends – old and new! Another thing is that we have lost in this country. Think of how many times we take something at work "or eating crumbs spread on our table because we have to achieve something. This is not a way to celebrate the earth!
