Could you please help me selecting and separating priorities?

I´ll soon move to my own apartment, here is a list of things that I can´t stop thinking of and really want at once, I can´t have everything at once so what should I consider first and list as a priority to don´t make the bad move and then regret it?

Just so you know it is ok to want nice things but having a list of wants and needs is always a good thing
1. Rent should always be at the top of the list before anything
2. cookware so you can cook
3. healthy organic food can be a bit pricey but commendable that you want to go that route (do it if you can afford it)
4. I still don’t have an IPhone or an Ipod but if you have to make a choice, choose the phone because you always need a phone
5. LCD TV is not a requirement but nice to have
6. I don’t go for designer clothes but if it floats your boat go for it
7. you always need shoes to make the outfit
8. you can go to beauty shops and do your own hair treatments
9. As for ballet, yoga, French and guitar classes look at your community college as not only are you learning but getting college credits
10. Have a savings plan for your trip to Australia even if it is $10 a paycheck
