How do I look better? . . . All day?

ok. So I have to wash my hair every day because greesey. thats fine because I always wash every day, but greesey be left out when you get home from school, and thats not cool. I tried not only conditioning but my makex GuNkY hair. SO PLEASE HELP ME! oh. . . If you have any advice on what the makeup will stay on all day (especially base and eyeliner) I need help here department also thanx. both. . . Morgan Xoxo
