best (not expensive) loose powder to set makeup for oily skin?

I am looking for a powder you can use your foundation. I large pores, so it must be finely ground, not pasty. I looked at doctors use mineral powder mineral powder formula in bulk, but I think it's a foundation. Could wear makeup? Anyone else have any ideas?

I just bought the maybelline mineral power and all come with a loose powder foundation, concealer, a kabuki and minerals viel.if higher than you want is just a setter, but the separate minerals viel! its great and gives you a look that airbrush! I hope that helped! pls vote me best!
