What makeup is good for dry skin?

Recently I’ve noticed that I have a tiny patch of eczema on my eyelid, also around my nose, bridge of my nose & my cheeks, are dry flakes, like my makeup was flaking. I was using cover girl, but I just bought a new brand by Almay, hoping that will help. I’ve been wanting to dry the ‘mineral’ powders & such, but I keep going back to the pressed powder. I dont want it to look streaky or feel like a clown, but I dont want to have flakes either..is there a makeup that will help the dry patches??
Thing is I already use foundation..I thought maybe a moisturizer would help, but I remember that I add additional foundation to my cheeks & nose, b/c I have ‘rosey’ zones..idk.thanks.

A lot of makeup brands have now come out with mineral LIQUID makeup which might be worth a try – should be gentle still for your sensitivee skin but will give you a nice sheer cover which hides any redness etc.

Really importantly you should be using a deep moisturizerer on your skin and allow that to soak in for a good 10-15 minutes before you apply any makeup
