What causes dark circles under the eyes, if you're still young?

I'm 25 and really have dark circles under the eyes. I have problems kidney or liver disease and I'm getting enough sleep (9h). They seem to be getting worse and makeup is not covering it. Another medical condtion I had endometriosis but he had dark circles under the eyes of my life. Your parents have the rings? If so, can be hereditary. It may not be much you can do. How much water drink? Please drink several cups a day can contribute to their circles. If Please choose mine as the response of the "best" if it helps.
