"I can become a makeup artist with no qualifications?

I've always been good at makeup, all my friends at night, etc form the right eyebrow, I did my research and have a good sense of what colors suit different skin color, hair color, etc. This part of time with people to weddings on a budget, etc. (my region is not the kind of place, and no more world class!)
