How much should I charge to do makeup for a wedding and a Sweet Sixteen?

I am not allowed, but not professional makeup. I always do makeup for everyone, but I've never been charged. Please help! (I use MAC, Bobbi Brown, Loreal, etc) and will use my own tools.
