Where I can find the lights of my self-esteem at home?

I reused one, little old wooden table in my mirror and added to complete the look. After moving into my new apartment, I realize that the lighting in the room is not enough light for my makeup and hair. I looking for some light, possibly, on each side of the mirror or possibly above the mirror for clarity. I looked at the lights that go under the cabinets, but I I fear it may be too bright and hard on my eyes. Thanks for any help or suggestions!

I avoid fluorescent. Perhaps some light could be applied attached to the sides mirror? Here are some sites that show a wide variety of lighting apply. The second site is the first site, but it is something that can be mounted above mirror or on the sides. Good work more proactive furniture. I'm sure it's beautiful. I would also suggest that you look over video desk lamps. Sounds corny, but I know they come in a variety of styles and finishes, and is the most affordable and easy to change. Good luck!
