The transition to a new place .. all new furniture?

Okay, so it's a fairly large room, 16×16 square, one of the walls are bare, the second is a window centered on the wall side has two doors of a walk in the closet private bathroom and the door of the last wall the entrance. I double / full, a vanity with a bank to do makeup, and a desk or dresser drawers and a table (yes, they have them). The office under the window, the closet next to a mirror. Did I miss something? It unpracticle two articles? What do I have traditionally in my room? Note-I really a place my makeup to sit in my room!

Traditional Room: Comfortable bed night position in the bed comfortable chest mirror should go to the blank wall I would say that the wall with the front door, but do not know how is the entrance to the center or left or right. Instead of getting a vanity with a mirror, a chest of 6 drawers (Height), so it does not require much space in the dresser mirror (length). Dresser chest could go either side of the bed. And everything that could go where you want it too.
