Makeup for a teenager? ?

I need an eyeliner Eyeshadow Foundation Concealer want a foundation that remains in all day at school, but I prefer the powder, if not its cakey. I want to know what things need eye makeup to wear for the eyes of Taylor Swift, of sorts. Dyed lol just for Indigenous Communities. And I want to know what kind of makeup that I can achieve the goal of all these things. MAC could have things and it's cheap and cakey but are fundamentals.
