Foundation and aerosol sealants eyes?

I have oily skin and want a foundation that bears actually … I hate liquid foundations and … makes my skin more fat … Now I am using a database called Lancome matte finish and works well, but I wonder if there is something better out there ….. foundations are aerosol good for oily skin? covering right? What eye primer or sealers are a good investment, because I always have a line in the folds of the eyelids … that is so annoying that I can not cuz Nice eye makeup that always falls …. I think for my oily skin … suggestions on specific brands?
