What to buy makeup when shopping?

I will replace most of my morning makeup for a fresh start with new products. Need some recommendations for items of makeup. I'm so with hazel / light brown eyes and golden hair. What brand / products we recommend: Undercover Eyes (color, markings) Bronzer Foundation (brand), Mask (for full long lashes), eyeliner and blush and other products I love you!
