Composition of CoverGirl is sold at Dollar General is different from the things sold elsewhere?

Like when CoverGirl is sold at Wal-Mart or Dillards, who use different ingredients for the Dollar General brand? I noticed a difference in the composition I bought there over things exactly the same I bought at a higher price?

It specifies the type of anomalies. I wondered the same thing and buy things at Dollar Tree or Dollar General, only regret. Think about it – why take risks and pay less for the stuff that goes on your face? What if you react? Market value? These are the questions asked by my sister and me ever since, except sometimes the nail polish, I fork over cash for cosmetic products in normal shops rather than risk more cheap things. If the same brand, perhaps because the color is not more or God forbid, makeup has an expiration date and that thing at Dollar General approved the date of maturity. I am not prepared to know, right?
