For the image Miley, get a bright and shiny pink lips. Then take the eyeliner and your lash line, but only halfway in the bottom. Then use an eye shadow and dark gray Posted by where your eyeliner is to sweeten the appeal of hard eyeshadow but basically go to the other side.
