What are some good quality makeup brands available at low prices?

I’m new to makeup and looking for some good brands to test with. I’m a little tight on cash and don’t want to spend a lot of money on it yet. What are some good brands AVAILABLE ONLINE for low prices I could expirement with?

Definently try LA COLORS and E.L.F. Their stuff is really good and alot of it is only like a dollar or two. I use it alot cuz its good quality stuff for low prices. I used LA COLORS when I first started out.
