blurry eye makeup – eye transfers powder in the upper lid when you open and close – how to avoid this?

I use loose powder shadow Eye (BFTE if that makes a difference for you.) I apply it with a small brush my eyelids. but I think soon after, a large number of color transfer over my eyelids when I blink, and I think it's terrible. Is there a way to prevent flash from that? base could use mineral foundation as a primer?

I suggest using a manual on the eyelids. Try Urban Decay primer potion or use a MAC flesh-colored paint. Hope it helps! http://lanimays.blogspot.com/
