OK, here's the thing, I've been experimenting with how to make hair dye and makeup, and demonstrates it works perfectly! but I was wondering if anyone could think of a way of neon eyeshadow (may be in powder or cream) without using too many ingredients. i eye powder shade and a cream lotion Eye Shadow wet and colored pencils for eyeliner. I know I'm weird, but as Super im bored so yeah. anyway, if anyone has any idea for neon eye shadow, or how to make shiny eyeshadow without using straw, please tell – Yo! thanks!
