Is it difficult to become a MAC makeup artist?!?

I have not received any formal training, but you can apply makeup me and others very well. I want to apply for employment at the MAC counter. If there are people here who can give me some advice (preferably those who work for Mac). I work in a portfolio as we speak. I'm 23 and have plenty of experience in customer service. Please provide information on MAC and any information you need to know. Thank you.

To work with the Mac experience is preferred former beauty, but already has experience in customer service that can help.
