Is this a successful option to cover unwanted spots on their arms, legs or torso, and if so, where can I find information about this?

I asked the lady, when I started doing my eyebrows and I said no .. But I'm sure there are treatments that eventually eliminate unwanted stains just google it =] Good Luck (;
