makeup kit to buy?

I'm looking for stores that sell makeup kits, I am studying aesthetics and now time for my makeup to start again. I'm so confused when buying my kit. I am in Toronto, Canada. Does anyone know any outlet store. Coz, I visited the mall and could not find a team anywhere. Buy simple things becomes exp. If anyone has any knowledge pls help. thanks
