Professional look for a job interview?

My hair is a few inches below my shoulder and I need some advice on how do I use it for future job interview. Work is an organization of nonprofit to help those unable to pay child support. I'm 22 and I'm just out of college and go to graduate school part-time my master's degree in sociology. I know that my appearance is not exactly scream career because I'm used the comfortable lifestyle of the university. I need ideas on how most professionals to wear their hair and makeup. Appearance is important … very important to me. I suggest a suit if you have one, but a button shirt and skirt type of activity. Sure your shirt ironed or dry cleaned warning. Hair: Bangs by ensuring that they are meek and not the eyes during the interview. Personally, I like ponytail (low head) just because you do not have to worry about their hair during the interview and not be distracted or the interviewer. You can have hair, I would try to save face, but if you can show expression to answer questions. For makeup, go with natural colors, and use what is comfortable for you. If you do not wear lipstick .. Usually not. If you wear eyeliner every day, and then use it, but keep it lean and clean future. I think it's great to think about their appearance. You are the type of candidate we like to see. Now that it looks good to go, answering practical questions. It is understood that a recent graduate from college and have much experience, but do 'be afraid to use examples from their practices or part-time jobs you have had in meeting questions.
