Best (or good) Make-Up Kit for beginners?

Was it really intended to buy Sheercover, but heard that it is not good. So what good? In good I mean a very complete set of makeup kit and a. .. tan? (What makes his face thinner). Because I know about makeup nuts (or my mother), an instructional DVD / brochure is a great advantage. I'm too lazy to search for individual videos, and it is better if the DVD is included, because I had exactly the same (more or less) than what they show. The main problem with my face is probably the hyperpigmentation left my acnes … so I hope that the dust / corrector can hide.
