I need some makeup tips please help!?

im the skin can be light, hazel eyes with cold, which means a part dark green, dark gray, dark blue and a gold ring around the pupil, which have short dark lashes, but lighter on the ends, and gold / dirty hair blond. is a movie date. I do not want to look slutty or false, I want the air nice and natural. please help, much appreciated

I like it soft and romantic. I use a non-neutral shadow on the eyelids glow with a soft removable lining brown spotted in the upper lash line (or line with half dark brown), brown mascara, black, right at the top of the lashes. Soft peach blush and nude lip. Hope that helps.
