What jobs are associated with a magazine?

I work for a fashion magazine. What jobs are related to that? I do not want be a makeup artist, model or stylist beauty. I want to be something involved with the design of the magazine. What that the work called for the person who brings the pages and design and is set to decide where to put this in the magazine? thanks! could be as I become a journalist! just wanted to say! LOL!
