How do I prevent my makeup to look cakey and obvious, and enter the pores?

First, I am 7 months pregnant and my skin, of course as not normal! But for the past few months, I was always inclined to the skin combined in small groups, I tried to mix my foundation with lotion that look clean, or by using the primers, but they work! think my make-up between every little defect in the wrong direction, and my nose peeled a little, and composition is strongly supported! seems that the entry of every pore! and my pores are not important at all, I tried to cover, then set it simply never slides over and is able to look flawless!
