A manicure is a cosmetic beauty treatment for fingernails and hands enjoyed by both sexes. A manicure can treat just the hands, nails only, or both. French Manicure:

1. Start by removing any old nail polish with a cotton or pad.

3. Apply a cuticle cream or drops sweet almond oil to the cuticles. Allow a few minutes and using a wooden orange, carefully push the cuticle until everyone, including others.

French Pedicure:

2. Then, soak your feet in a basin of hot water. You can add sweet almond oil to soften feet, if desired.

3. Use a cream or oil to gently push the cuticles cuticle.

4. Place separator fingers of foam between your fingers and apply a base coat of clear nail polish.

5. Apply nail color pink or transparent naked across the nail. Let dry before applying a second coat.

6. Finally, apply one coat of finish to give your new french manicure shine and protection.

Manicure final:

1. Its main objective is to keep hands, arms clean and in good condition.

2. Prevents the formation of long nails.

3. It discourages the wrinkles of the skin on the hand which is the first sin of old age.

4. It prevents damage of brittle nails, as the above, and divide.

1. To keep your feet clean, fair and in good condition.

2. To make the skin soft and smooth.

3. Improves blood circulation, nourishes the skin of the leg and foot muscles.

4. To keep nails clean, well shaped and shiny.
