I need a place to return my makeup done?

I live near Seattle and try to find a place that has the makeup. The room was to go for my hair, no makeup, but the lady just had her baby and will not return before returning home. Any suggestions. The other show that does not want to pay $ 55 to do my makeup that's just my hair! Suggestions please? How many of these places usually cost?

Go to a beauty school! They will a good job and that will be affordable, because when we went to get hair and makeup done for my sister when she got married! they did awesome!
