Sephora makeup problem! Please help!?

I really want a small palette of make-up to Christmas. I found these two at Sephora.com and debate between the two. Option 1-Hard Candy Makeup Kit Option 2-Take http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P133803&categoryId=C10478 Piiik So Sephora Belle Multi-Use Makeup Palette http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P187407&categoryId=C14551 My problem is that I heard that Hard Candy is a better brand Sephora Piiink that (is this true?) But I like Sephora Piiink colors and I'm not crazy colors Hard Candy. What should I do? Are there other palettes as Sephora (not Sephora Brand Beauty Fever Palette) and / or Nordstroms under $ 30? I have successfully Sephora palette and eye shadow and lip gloss excellent work. Spehora is a good brand of makeup. If you like the colors of this better than you the one with the color as such.
