Who founded? Clinique perfectly real or prescriptive?

I tried many foundations, but recently I have as the use of cash. I've always loved makeup HD Foundation but made my face very oily. I currently use Clinique Superfit Foundation but even the lightest shade is orange for me. I heard the clinic is good, but that Prescriptives has a larger variety shadow? What do you suggest?
