makeup bag must-haves for teens?

I begin my third year next week and make-up necessary. I have not finished money I need to be able to get the CVS brand or something. I am also very pale, but have red cheeks (I'm Irish is difficult to hide) is not looking much makeup unnecessary. I want to look good this year, not false. I am looking for: Something to cover acne scars / acne current eruption (face and places specific) good eye makeup (brown eyes green on the outside) The makeup is more important to have advice and tips are appreciated too:)
